Our client, a well-respected Bay Street firm, is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience gained from a leading law firm in the area of general corporate and commercial law with an interest in the insurance industry. In this position you will focus on corporate law for the firm’s corporate insurance clients. The work will include transactional, regulatory and commercial matters. The firm has one of the largest and most respected corporate and regulatory insurance law practices in Canada. They provide corporate and regulatory legal services on insurance matters to a full range of clients and offer expert legal advice and counsel for all facets of the insurance industry in Canada and abroad.
