Brooks Barristers & Solicitors is a Toronto based business boutique law firm specializing in servicing the business needs of privately-owned Canadian businesses and their stakeholders. Working with a diverse range of clients from sole proprietorships to large corporations in a variety of sectors, Brooks areas of practice include mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate finance, entrepreneurial services, commercial real estate, information technology and business strategy.
Brooks is seeking a corporate/commercial associate who is looking to develop his or her practice in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment in the Yorkville area. The successful candidate must have 5-7 years of post-call experience in corporate/commercial law with practical business experience and/or a business education background (i.e. BBA, HBA or MBA). Information technology, tax or commercial real estate experience are additional assets. Candidates are not required to have their own client base although must have good client development skills and the desire to grow their practice.
