DLA Piper (Canada) LLP is seeking an associate (1-3 years) to join its construction litigation practice in our Toronto office. The ideal candidate will have:

experience in providing support on complex construction litigation and arbitration matters
experience with Construction Act motions and pre-trials
an interest in construction contract drafting and related advice
a demonstrated commitment to developing a specialized practice within the construction sector
