Competition Associate – 1 to 2 Years’

Osler is seeking an associate with a 1 to 2 years of competition law experience to join the Toronto office. All applicants must be members in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada.

The successful candidate will have:

• 1 to 2 years of practice experience in the area of competition law
• Familiarity with anti-corruption, investment disputes and international trade is helpful
• Excellent academic credentials
• Excellent research, drafting and writing skills
• Strong knowledge of the Competition Act and the Investment Canada Act
• Working proficiency in languages in addition to English would be helpful
