Commercial Litigation Lawyers

Blaney McMurtry LLP has an immediate opening for two lawyers with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our busy Commercial Litigation Group.

One of the successful candidates will work on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including construction disputes, commercial leasing, professional negligence, fraud investigation, recovery and enforcement, and information technology disputes.

The other successful candidate will work on a broad range of commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring.

Strong academic credentials, exceptional research, drafting, writing and analytical skills, negotiation and advocacy skills, and proven client service and practice management skills are essential.
