Weintraub, Erskine & Huang LLP is a newly formed boutique litigation firm in Toronto, founded by experienced litigators with Bay Street backgrounds. The firm will bring its expertise to serve clients across a broad variety of commercial litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, fraud, contract claims, securities, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.  The firm also has specialized expertise in environmental, labour and employment, professional discipline and various administrative/regulatory matters.

Weintraub, Erskine & Huang LLP is looking for a bright and driven commercial litigation associate to join their experienced and entrepreneurial team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience gained at a full service or boutique firm and will have demonstrated superior advocacy skills (both written and oral) as well as strong practice management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative group where you will receive excellent mentorship and be able to contribute to the growth of the firm.
