ClearyX is seeking a lawyer with 3+ years of experience in a corporate transactional practice, including experience managing due diligence. This unique and alternative role focusses on providing efficient, high quality support to M & A activity by helping to lead and manage teams through complex transactions, as well as assisting in rolling out innovative products and services on broader transactional work.
