Miller Thomson LLP is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join its active and growing national Charities and Not-for-Profit Group in the Toronto office.

The firm’s Charities and Not-for-Profit Group is one of the leading practices of its type in Canada and provides tax, corporate and general counsel services to the largest and most sophisticated Canadian and international voluntary sector organizations.

The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials and a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a corporate or tax practice, preferably with Charities and Not-for-Profit experience. An entrepreneurial desire to develop a practice and to participate in more complex and challenging transactions is essential.
