As a member of this group, you will play a pivotal role working on a variety of corporate matters including acquisitions and divestitures, shareholder, partnership and joint venture arrangements as well as corporate reorganizations. Lawyers in this group also work closely with clients on day to day matters, providing general counsel regarding commercial and business issues.
