We are seeking a corporate lawyer to join our team as a Bilingual Legal Counsel. This is a hybrid position based out of our Toronto or Montreal office. Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will act as a key advisor in:

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
• Assisting M&A and P3 transactions
• Supporting insurance and litigation matters
• Providing strategic legal advice to our network of Colas companies across Canada

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and French and have 2 to 4 years of experience with commercial and construction matters. Experience with P3 transactions will be considered an asset.
