Associate Lawyer – IMCO | Toronto | 2-5 years

IMCO is expanding its Legal team and seeks to add an Associate Lawyer. As a key member of the team, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting and advising on corporate matters, investment products and strategies, public and private investment transactions, commercial agreements, governance, policy development and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a team player and creative thinker with excellent legal and business judgment, and possess 2 – 5 years’ post call experience in corporate/commercial, private M&A and investment funds. Well-established interpersonal relationship building skills are also essential.
