Opportunity for an Associate Labour Lawyer in Vancouver

Mathews Dinsdale, Canada’s only coast-to-coast management-side labour and employment law firm, is seeking an experienced labour lawyer to join our fabulous Vancouver team. The successful candidate will be committed to providing excellent client service in a team-oriented and collegial environment. Ideally, you will have at least 3 or more years of experience advising management-side clients on a broad range of labour relations matters. Expertise gained from advising employers in the following areas will be an asset: organizing and certification, collective bargaining, collective agreement administration, grievance arbitration, labour board matters, reviewing and revising employment-related agreements/policies/procedures in the unionized workplace, and advising clients on a wide range of day-to-day labour relations issues otherwise.

The salary range is $120,000 to $180,000, depending on the year of call.
