ALT Recruitment Partners has been engaged to assist a downtown law firm with hiring a junior infrastructure associate. The department is highly regarded and is looking for someone who wants to work hard and learn a lot from a collegial team.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in corporate transactional law, with exposure to infrastructure, P3, project finance and/or energy transactions. Top academics and experience from a reputable law firm will be required. The successful applicant will support the partners in the group by drafting agreements, assisting with closings, preparing credit agreements and handling insurance certificates. The work is varied, including a number of P3 and cross-border renewable energy projects. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, tight-knit group of lawyers within a larger firm and be given the opportunity to learn, be mentored, and develop business. The right person will be bright, motivated to develop their skills, and a true team player. You will also have the opportunity work alongside lawyers from other groups in the firm, including securities and banking, while supporting the firm’s clients.
