Associate Director, Legal (Capco)

Our client, Capco, is a global technology and management consultancy firm focussed primarily on the financial services sector. They are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer (7+ years) to join its Toronto office as Associate Director, Legal. This new role will work alongside a supportive global legal team and business partners to provide legal advice and support in areas such as commercial, corporate, employment law, risk management, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong firm and/or in-house experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on various types of commercial contracts (including global framework agreements, professional services/consultancy agreements, teaming agreements and procurement agreements), and an interest in working on a broad range of matters for the business (e.g. Corporate, HR, Marketing, Finance).
