Qualified candidates will be licensed lawyers and members of a Canadian law society. Candidates must have demonstrated experience or knowledge of corporate and commercial law with a desire to build a practice focused on work with Indigenous governments across Canada. Experience in deal making, drafting contracts and agreements, including some knowledge of issues related with Aboriginal self-government, would be an asset.

While Pape Salter Teillet LLP’s practices out of office locations in Toronto and Vancouver, the firm is open to remote working arrangements with qualified candidates.
