Our client, a large construction and engineering organization, is seeking an Assistant General Counsel with a minimum of 5 years of construction law experience to join their legal team. The role will involve performing initial risk assessment and review of RFPs and prime contracts, and related documents received from clients and partners. It will also involve the drafting of joint venture agreements, consortiums, MOU’s, term sheets, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) agreements, and other service agreements and associated transactional documents. The ideal candidate will be bilingual.
