Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is pleased to welcome Neel Patel as a lawyer to the firm. Neel practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Neel first joined the firm as a summer student in 2022 and articled with the firm in 2023-2024.

Neel completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa. During law school, Neel’s coursework centred around business law with an emphasis on corporate finance. He was a member of the Ottawa Tax Law Society and completed a directed research project on the federal government’s legislative policy towards residential real estate. Prior to law school, Neel obtained an undergraduate degree in Finance at McGill University.
