Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is pleased to welcome Julian Lupo as an associate to the firm.

Julian practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Julian first joined the firm as a summer student in 2019 and articled with the firm in 2020-2021.

Julian earned a Juris Doctor from Western University’s Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Western University and a Master of Science from the University of Waterloo.
