WeirFoulds welcomes John Siferd as an associate

WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome associate John Siferd to the firm's Estates, Trusts and Charities Practice Group.

WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome associate John Siferd to the firm’s Estates, Trusts and Charities Practice Group. John’s practice is focused on estates, trusts and capacity litigation.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, John summered and articled at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee, a branch of the Ministry of the Attorney General. At the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee, John gained experience across a diverse range of practice areas including civil and estates litigation, family law, trusts, guardianship, and power of attorney matters.

While completing his law degree at Queen’s University, John was involved in the Queen’s Elder Law Clinic where he advised on estate administration issues and prepared wills and power of attorneys for low-income residents in the Kingston area.
