In her employment law practice, Sreya helps organizations create and maintain productive, inclusive, psychologically safe workplaces.
As a neutral investigator, Sreya investigates complex cases in unionized and nonunionized environments for quasi-governmental organizations, municipalities, universities, colleges, school boards, hospitals, athletic clubs, and various private sector organizations. Sreya also conducts cultural assessments and workplace restoration services, such as mediation, training and coaching.
Sreya regularly presents at conferences on topics including unconscious bias, micro-aggressions, investigations, conducting trauma-informed interviews, intersectionality, sexual violence, racial harassment, and having difficult conversations in the workplace. She has been a faculty member for certificate programs for the Human Resource Professional Association and Osgoode Professional Development.
