Laurie Duke’s practice focuses on corporate law, with an emphasis private equity and on mergers and acquisitions. She has experience advising a wide variety of private equity firms and pension plans in domestic and international investment (direct and co-investments), M&A and divestiture transactions and has advised clients regarding both public and private company targets in various industries. Laurie also has experience advising clients engaged in cross-border tender offers, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, bankruptcy-related asset sales and corporate reorganizations. She has also advised clients on a broad range of corporate, securities, governance, Canadian pension fund and regulatory matters.
