Bernadette is a partner in our Business Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups. Bernadette has been extensively involved in private company work and corporate governance including mergers and acquisitions, share and asset purchases, joint ventures and other investment vehicles such as limited partnerships, corporations and trusts.

She has considerable experience advising stakeholders in the power industry including distributors, generators, commercial users and municipal shareholders. With the continuing focus on renewable and clean energy, Bernadette also advises in district energy, energy efficiency and climate change.
