Torkin Manes is pleased to announce that Jessica Virk has joined the firm as an associate in our Commercial Real Estate Group.

Jessica has a practice that encompasses all manner of residential real estate law, including purchases, sales, mortgage refinancing, estate transfers, and negotiating and drafting agreements of purchase and sale. She also has experience with commercial real estate transactions, drafting and reviewing commercial leases, share purchase agreements, and shareholder agreements.
