Tanisha is a partner of the firm in our Wills, Trusts & Estates and Litigation Groups, practising commercial litigation, professional liability defence, and trusts and estates litigation.

Her practice includes all aspects of estate, trust, capacity, fiduciary and power of attorney disputes and guardianship issues. This includes issues relating to the rights and obligations of estate trustees, estate trustees during litigation, trustees, attorneys for property/care and guardians and issues involving the validity of wills, minors and incapable persons. Tanisha acts for individuals, trust companies, government agencies and other institutions.
