Chris is a partner in our Insurance Defence Department with a broad insurance litigation practice, including experience in fraud actions, environmental impairment and remediation, architectural flaws, products liability, personal injury and coverage opinions. He also has experience with subrogated claims and mortgage default proceedings. Chris has attended at all levels of the Ontario courts and has previously worked on the defence of a high profile prosecution before the Provincial Offences Court.
