Natasha O’Toole has become a
Partner of the firm.

Areas of Practice & Experience

Natasha has experience in complex insurance litigation matters, including the defence of professional negligence, defamation, sports and recreation liability, tavern liability, product liability, occupiers’ liability, and municipal claims. She also regularly handles subrogation and transportation matters. Natasha has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and various tribunals.

Natasha studied law at Queen’s University and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2017.  She completed her undergraduate studies at Queen’s University, where she obtained a B.Sc. (Honours with Distinction).
