Rachel Hung (she/her) is an associate at Steinecke Maciura LeBlanc practising in all areas of professional regulation.
Before joining the firm, Rachel engaged in a broad commercial litigation practice at a large full-service firm in Toronto. She successfully argued numerous motions and appeals, appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and Ontario Court of Appeal. Rachel also maintained a health law practice, where she regularly advised various health care organizations and professionals on a wide range of health regulatory issues.
Rachel obtained her law degree from Queen’s University Faculty of Law, where she served on the executive teams of the litigation and health law societies, and received the McDougall-Watson Memorial Award for excellent file management, hard work, and commitment to the objectives of Queen’s Legal Aid as a student caseworker.
Prior to law school, Rachel completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour at McMaster University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys playing and watching tennis, spinning, and exploring new restaurants in Toronto.
