Smart & Biggar’s Nelson Godfrey adds patent agent to his qualifications

Smart & Biggar/Fetherstonhaugh is pleased to announce that Nelson Godfrey has passed the qualifying examinations and is now a registered patent agent in Canada.

Nelson is an associate in our Vancouver office. His practice focusses on all aspects and areas of intellectual property, with particular emphasis on patent and trademark prosecution, licensing, commercialization and strategy, privacy matters and intellectual property litigation.
