Smart & Biggar is pleased to announce that Lionel Fishman is now a Principal of the firm, located in our Ottawa office.

Lionel is a seasoned lawyer and patent agent with a diverse range technical expertise. Informed by his varied engineering experience and legal training, Lionel offers practical and strategic counsel on all issues related to developing, securing, utilizing and enforcing intellectual property rights, with a particular focus on patent and design rights.
