Simon McGrath brings live event expertise to Inter Alia Law

Inter Alia Law welcomes Simon McGrath as its newest experienced commercial lawyer.

Simon is an experienced commercial lawyer with over a decade of experience working in the concert industry alongside some of the world’s top recording artists. His practice includes the negotiation and drafting of performance, sponsorship, and license agreements, in addition to a variety of general corporate and commercial contracts. Like the other Inter Alia lawyers, Simon is a seasoned in-house counsel who prioritizes building good relationships as a means to achieve the best results for his clients.

Before joining Inter Alia Law, Simon oversaw the legal department of Live Nation Global Touring. Prior to Live Nation, Simon practiced as a corporate and securities lawyer at Goodmans LLP.
