Savards LLP is pleased to welcome Riaz Sayani to the firm’s partnership. A member of the firm since its inception, Riaz brings a wealth of experience and a passion for social justice to his new role.

Riaz practices criminal, constitutional and regulatory law at all levels of court. He has experience defending complex cases, from terrorism to murder. He routinely acts for inmates before the provincial and federal parole boards and represents progressive activists who have engaged in disobedience. For Riaz, the law is a helping profession.
