Minden Gross LLP is pleased to announce that Ryan Chua has joined the firm as an Associate in Tax and Business Law.

Ryan’s work in the Business Law Group focuses on all aspects of business law, including commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, lending, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate matters. His work in the Tax Group focuses on corporate, estate, and international tax planning. Ryan graduated with a combined JD/MBA from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business at York University and was an Articling Student with Minden Gross LLP from 2013 to 2014.
