Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers is proud to announce that Rose Leto, a Senior Partner with our firm, has been named in the 2022 edition of Best Lawyers in Canada list. The annual list is compiled through confidential peer review surveys of tens of thousands of leading lawyers.

Rose is a personal injury and medical malpractice lawyer whose primary areas of focus include motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, long term disability, and slip and fall cases. She also has a significant understanding of the interplay between the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and tort claims.

Rose has also been recognized as a leading expert in her field in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory. She is a regular speaker with the Canadian-Italian Advocates Society and has served as co-chair at Canadian Lawyers’ Women in Law Summit.
