Pallett Valo LLP is pleased to announce that Kate Bresner has joined the firm's Employment & Labour Practice.

Pallett Valo is pleased to announce that Kate Bresner has joined the firm as a Lawyer in our Employment & Labour Practice.

Kate obtained her law degree from the University of Toronto and her M.A degree from the University of Victoria. After her 2017 call to the Ontario Bar, Kate developed her practice representing unionized and non-unionized businesses, both large and small in the public and private sectors, as well as senior-level employees.

Kate has experience advising on a broad range of employment and labour law issues, including compliance with Ontario workplace legislation such as the Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Code, Labour Relations Act, and Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Kate has particular expertise in police law and police labour relations as a result of her extensive work for a regional police force.
