Pallett Valo LLP welcomes Eric Blay

Pallett Valo LLP is pleased to announce that Eric Blay has joined the firm's Business Law Practice.

Pallett Valo LLP, the largest law firm in Peel Region, is pleased to welcome Eric Blay as a member of its Commercial Litigation Group.

Eric provides legal advice and representation on a wide variety of commercial matters including shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, real estate and construction-related litigation, asset and debt recovery, occupiers’ liability act claims, coverage, and professional negligence. He also has experience in insurance defence, such as property damage, coverage disputes, priority disputes, and bodily injury.

His clients range from multi-national corporations and privately held family businesses to entrepreneurs and individuals.

Eric regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court on motions, applications, pre-trials, trials, and appeals. In addition, he represents clients in various forums of alternative dispute resolution including mediation.
