Pallett Valo Appoints Monty Dhaliwal as Partner

Pallett Valo is pleased to announce that Monty Dhaliwal has become a partner.

Pallett Valo LLP, a respected law firm recognized for excellence across Ontario, is pleased to announce that Monty Dhaliwal has become a partner effective January 1, 2024.

Monty joined the firm in June 2017 as a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014.

Monty focuses on commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, injunctions, commercial real estate disputes, insolvency, and corporate restructuring. He also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution, including private arbitrations.

A fearless advocate for his clients, he acts on behalf of shareholders and directors in complex shareholder and oppression disputes, in derivative actions, and in corporate governance issues. He knows that sometimes disputes need to be resolved, while others need to be litigated.
