Pallett Valo Appoints Andreea Muth as Partner

Pallett Valo is pleased to announce that Andreea Muth has become a partner.

Pallett Valo LLP, a respected law firm recognized for excellence across Ontario, is pleased to announce that Andreea Muth has become a partner effective January 1, 2024.

Andreea joined the firm in September 2018 as a member of the Business Law Practice. She holds a J.D. from Queen’s University, a B.Ed. from the University of Toronto, and a B.Econ. from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Andreea has a general corporate and commercial law practice, with a focus on business owner estate planning. She advises business owners and private corporations on the structure and implementation of corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as comprehensive business succession planning. This includes will and estate planning, and the use of family trusts.
