Pallett Valo Appoints Alan Kay as Partner

Pallett Valo is pleased to announce that Alan Kay has become a partner.

Pallett Valo LLP, a respected law firm recognized for excellence across Ontario, is pleased to announce that Alan Kay has become a partner effective January 1, 2024.

Alan joined the firm in March 2021 as a member of the Commercial Real Estate Practice. He holds a B.Com. from Saint Mary’s University, an M.B.A. from York University, and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Alan’s practice focuses on commercial real estate, commercial leasing, corporate and commercial law, business acquisitions and sales, and business successions.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Alan acts for buyers, sellers, and institutional and private lenders in all matters relating to commercial real estate. He also assists commercial landlords and tenants with the preparation and negotiation of retail, office, and industrial leases, and other tenancy matters.
