Called to the bar in 2013, Zoë joins Paliare Roland after 2 year of commercial litigation experience with a large Toronto firm.

Zoë’s practice includes a variety of commercial litigation and insurance defence matters, including contractual disputes, class actions, occupier’s liability and product liability. In addition, Zoë has experience providing legal advice to and defending those charged with provincial offences, particularly commercial motor vehicle carriers and drivers facing prosecution for transportation related offences. Zoë also practices in competition/antitrust law.
