Recognized as a leader in workplace and education law by her peers across Canada, Kathryn brings with her 15 years of experience as an employment lawyer and trusted advisor for management in both the public and private sectors. She advises employers, social service providers, school boards, and municipalities regarding issues arising from the employment relationship and the provision of services to the public. Kathryn frequently appears at all levels of courts and tribunals, and provides wise advice around the difficult issues that present themselves in modern education and employment settings.
