We are delighted to welcome new associate lawyer Nicole Petersen to Willms & Shier Environmental Lawyers LLP.
Nicole assists First Nations, business and government clients to build agreements and navigate regulatory processes attendant to natural resource projects. Nicole’s practice also includes litigation of civil and regulatory environmental claims.
Nicole obtained her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she completed the Osgoode Intensive Program in Aboriginal Lands, Resources and Governments. Nicole was also an articling and summer law student at Willms & Shier.
