Neinstein & Associates welcomes new associate Kate O’Malley

We are happy to announce that Kate O’Malley has joined Neinstein & Associates as a lawyer.

We are happy to announce that Kate O’Malley has joined Neinstein & Associates as a lawyer.

 Kate joined Neinstein & Associates in February 2011, applied to the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, National Committee for Accreditation in 2012 and completed the challenge examinations in 2013. Kate commenced her articles in January 2014 with the firm and returned as a lawyer in January 2015.

Kate is a graduate of Dublin City University, Ireland, where she completed her Bachelor in Law and Economics. She graduated with Honours in 2007. While in Dublin City University she partook in moot trial and completed a research dissertation in her final year, centered on Sharia Law and it’s economic effects on Islamic countries. Upon graduation, she applied to Blackhall Place in Dublin and completed the Final Examinations to be trained as a solicitor in 2009.
