Miller Thomson Welcomes Jasmine Lothian

Miller Thomson is pleased to announce that  Jasmine Lothian has joined the Firm as a Partner, effective July 2nd. Her arrival strengthens the Firm’s Corporate, M&A, and Securities group.

Jasmine serves as an advisor for both private and public companies in Canada and the United States, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, management strategy, corporate/fund formation and governance. She advises a wide range of industry participants from multinational, to small- and mid-sized companies across all industries with a focus on energy and technology. Jasmine is experienced in representing senior management, boards of directors, acquirors, targets, and special committees in public and private transactions (hostile and friendly) and restructurings– both domestic and cross border.

Jasmine also works with a variety of private wealth and family office clients and their principals/professionals across multiple industries, services and areas of interest.

Jasmine spent the early years of her practice in Calgary, Alberta before expanding her practice to Toronto, Ontario. Jasmine is dedicated to ensuring the success of her clients by leveraging her extensive, cross-country network to facilitate strategic introductions, originate deals, and generate revenue for her clients.
