Mathews Dinsdale Welcomes Stephanie Ramsay to the Firm

Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to welcome Stephanie Ramsay to the Firm as Counsel. Stephanie has significant experience advising employers in both the public and private sectors on a range of labour and employment law issues, including hiring, discipline, policy drafting and implementation, accommodation and disability management, collective agreement interpretation, and workplace violence and harassment. Stephanie represents employers in wrongful dismissal claims, disability benefits litigation, human rights complaints, and grievance arbitrations.  She regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and in grievance arbitration. In addition, Stephanie provides training on employment standards, litigation management, human rights and the duty to accommodate, and workplace investigations. Stephanie is based out of the Firm’s office in Toronto.
