Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to welcome new Associate Nicole Chanderpaul to the Firm. Nicole brings in-depth knowledge in the fields of education, labour, and employment law, with an emphasis on crisis management for institutional employers, including school boards, municipalities, police services, and hospitals. Nicole is experienced in workplace investigations, incident response and defense, drafting employment contracts and policies, mediation and arbitration, discipline and termination of employment, human rights, and other labour relations matters. Nicole provides pragmatic advice to employers, ensuring that the unique circumstances and challenges they face are taken into account when implementing effective workplace solutions. Nicole is based out of the Firm’s Toronto office.
