Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Ernest Tam has joined the Firm as an Associate in our Toronto office. Ernest advises employers in all areas of labour and employment law, including employment contracts and policies, discipline and termination, occupational health and safety, employment disputes, human rights and labour relations. Ernest advises employers with a focus on ensuring successful and effective workplace solutions. He completed his J.D. at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and prior to law school he received his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated as the gold medalist.
