Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Caroline Spindler has joined the Firm’s partnership. She provides expert advice and representation to employers on issues related to discipline and termination, wrongful dismissal claims, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, human rights, occupational health and safety and workers’ compensation. Caroline also specializes in assisting employers with a wide range of issues, including creating employment contracts and policies. She also represents clients in disputes before labour, employment, human rights, and other administrative tribunals. Caroline is based out of the Firm’s Halifax and Fredericton offices.
