Linmac LLP is pleased to announce that Sanjay Kutty has joined the firm’s Toronto office as a Partner.

Sanjay joins the firm’s Corporate/Commercial group having spent almost 15 years as in-house counsel at two of Canada’s largest publicly-traded companies and later as a co-founder of his own boutique downtown Toronto firm. His practice focuses on helping businesses small and large throughout their lifecycle, from incorporation to restructurings, to growth and acquisitions, and to exit events like a sale. He also helps private individuals with succession planning.

Working in-house for almost 15 years has given Sanjay a wealth of experience on large complex deals (including billion dollar outsourcing transactions). He also gained valuable experience in navigating the balance between providing prudent legal advice and achieving the company’s business goals. Linmac LLP is excited to welcome Sanjay’s wealth of practice and business experience to it’s growing Toronto office.

Sanjay was called to the Ontario Bar in 2000 after obtaining his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Osgoode Hall.
