Lerners Welcomes Graham Bennett with Expansion to Waterloo Region

Lerners is pleased to announce that we have expanded our presence in Southwestern Ontario to the Waterloo Region by joining forces with Graham Bennett, an experienced local litigator. We are happy to welcome Graham as a partner in our firm.

Graham, certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a specialist in civil litigation, brings nearly 30 years of trial experience assisting clients and adds to the considerable bench strength of our litigators. With a broad range of civil, criminal, and quasi-criminal trial experience, Graham’s practice is marked by his focus on his clients’ needs and ability to successfully resolve claims. He has acted for clients who have had cases in all levels of the Ontario Courts and in the Supreme Court of Canada. Called to the Ontario Bar in 1993, Graham was a partner at one of Kitchener’s larger law firms for many years before opening his own litigation practice and now joining Lerners LLP.

Our office in the Waterloo Region is located in Kitchener’s downtown Heritage District and will allow us to provide added services and support to our clients throughout the region. The office will provide legal services to several important industry sectors, including Agribusiness, Technology/Start-Ups, Professional Services, Insurance, Education, Real Property Development, and Healthcare, as well as providing legal services focused on personal injury, wills & estates, privacy and information management, and corporate matters.
