We’re pleased to announce that Anamaria Pasc has joined our Kitchener-Waterloo office as a member of our family law group.

Anamaria has significant experience litigating family law matters, tirelessly advocates on behalf of her clients in order to assist them through their difficult life transitions, ensuring that their rights are protected and their voices are heard.  She takes the time to carefully craft successful litigation strategies, and instills confidence in her clients while guiding them throughout the court process.

Where possible, Anamaria assists her clients with reaching favourable out-of-court settlements. She frequently engages her strong negotiation skills in resolving her clients’ disputes, and she readily promotes and uses ADR techniques to assist her clients where appropriate.
